Northern Investigative Associates is committed to providing investigations in a professional and ethical manner. The priority mission of NIA is to offer a valued service to the adjusting and legal divisions of our clients. NIA is committed to taking a leadership role in providing expert investigations to assist our clients in achieving operational excellence.

• NIA will provide an honest investigation without bias.



• NIA will abide by all regulatory, state and federal laws.



• NIA will not utilize any illegal sources to obtain information.



• NIA is licensed in the State of Alaska and its municipalities.



• NIA will not videotape a claimant where reasonable expectation of privacy exists.



• NIA will not entrap, harass, stalk or otherwise compromise a claimant’s rights.



• NIA will not enter onto any property that is posted or is secured by a privacy fence without permission.



• All reports will be court-ready and original tapes will be provided for judicial proceedings.



• NIA will testify to the facts of our investigations.



• NIA will acknowledge receipt of assignments within 24 hours.



• NIA will provide a written report within 3 days of the completion of an assignment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
